1	On January 16, 2020 CCA was recognized for its excellence in mail preparation by the USPS. This PCC award is given at the district level to large volume mailers for their proficiency in mailing preparation, and overall rating on the USPS scorecard. CCA maintained over a 98% rating during the 2019 mailing session. The 98% average in mail preparation enhances the mails travel time and deliverability, which is an added benefit for our customers and their clients.
2	On behalf of the entire CCA team Ron Furlong, Aaron West and April Keister accepted the award from Ha Vuong Northern Virginia Business Mail Entry District manager. This was a honor, and well deserved recognition of the quality work and the overall standing of CCA and the performance it provides for it’s customers.

5	We want to thank our dedicated employees for their extremely hard work and commitment to getting our facilities up and running in 1/3 the time that was expected. It’s truly amazing what they accomplished! Thank you also for the patience and loyalty of our customers during our transition to our new facility in Elkwood. As you can see, we are up and running and growing every day. The upside to our rebuilding is that we now have the latest digital printing technology, faster embossers and inserters, and a more efficient workflow. All of these improvements, coupled with the outstanding customer service that our clients rely on, have us well on our way to an ambitious goal of exceeding our former production levels. 11	I've been in the direct mail industry for almost 40 years. Over that period, as Vice Chairman of Wunderman Worldwide, CEO of BMG Music Direct, Chairman of the Signature Group, and now owner of WLA and co-found of Linen, Cone, I have worked with more than a few printers and letter shops, to do thousands of mailings, to several billion consumers. In all that time, I have never seen as professional, transparent, and yes – courageous an effort as the one you and your team performed after the fire.
12	The work you did with us to recover the USO mail lost in the fire was exemplary. Since then, we have been very impressed with how fast you have brought up your new facility and the work you've done with us for MDA and others.
13	If there was a Presidential Medal for production companies, you guys would get one.

16	I’ve worked in direct mail production for 25 years, and I consider CAA to be an exceptional partner and willing to exceed expectations, no matter what the challenge.
